Statutory Corporations (Liability of Directors)

(Act Amendment) Regulations 2014

Made by the Administrator in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Statutory Corporations (Liability of
Directors) (Act Amendment) Regulations 2014.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.             Act amended

These regulations amend the Statutory Corporations (Liability
of Directors) Act 1996.

4.             Schedule 1 amended

(1)	In Schedule 1 delete the items relating to the Mid West Ports Authority.
(2)	In Schedule 1 insert in alphabetical order:

Mid West Ports	a director of the	Port Authorities
Authority	Authority	Act 1999
Pilbara Ports	a director of the	Port Authorities
Authority	Authority	Act 1999
