Statutory Corporations (Liability, of Directors)

(Act Amendment) Regulations 2004

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Statutory Corporations (Liability of
Directors) (Act Amendment) Regulations 2004.

74             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day on which the
Electricity Industry (Independent Market Operator)
Regulations 2004 come into operation.

3. Statutory Corporations (Liability of Directors) Act 1996 amended

(1)	The amendments in this regulation are to the Statutory Corporations (Liability of Directors) Act 1996*.

(2) Schedule us amended as follows:

(a)

by deleting the items relating to the Forest Products Commission and the Insurance Commission of Western Australia;

(b)

by inserting after the item relating to the Esperance Port Authority the following item -
