of the Order of Australia (Military Division), Military Cross, Governor of the State of Western Australia.

I, the Governor, acting under section 2 of the Statutory Corporations (Liability of Directors) Act 1996, and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix 1 December 1996 as the day on which that Act comes into operation.
