This order in council may be cited as the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements (Sugar Industry) Order 1992 . Application of Part 5 of the Act2. Part 5 (other than the provisions already applied by section 50(2)) is declared to apply, without limit of time, in respect of all securities, investments and other financial arrangements of the following statutory bodies constituted under the Sugar Industry Act 1991— (a) the Queensland Sugar Corporation; (b) the Sugar Experiment Stations Board; (c) each Cane Protection and Productivity Board.
