This order in council may be cited as the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements (South East Queensland Water Board) Order 1992 . ˙ Application of Part 5 of the Act2. Part 5 of the Act (other than the provisions already applied by section 50(2)) applies, without limit of time, in relation to the South East Queensland Water Board and the investment of money held by it in the Corporation’s cash fund.
