s1 2 s3 Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements (Regional Health Authorities) No. 196, 1995 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements (Regional Health Authorities) Regulation 1995 . ˙ Definition 2. In this regulation— “regional health authority” means a regional health authority established under the Health Services Act 1991 . ˙ Application under s 50(3) of the Act3. Sections 48 and 50 of the Act(other than the provisions already applied by section 50(2) of the Act) are declared to apply— (a) for regional health authorities; and (b) for investments of money vested in authorities on trust, if the investments are in— (i) QTC Cash Fund; or (ii) QTC 11AM Fund; and (c) without limit of time. 1 ENDNOTES 1.
