s1 2 s2 Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements (QUT) No. 179, 1995 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements (QUT) Regulation 1995 . ˙ Application of pt 4 of the Act2. Part 4 of the Act(other than the provisions already applied by section 47(2) of the Act) is declared to apply— (a) for the Queensland University of Technology; and (b) for an advance from the corporation by way of an overdraft; and (c) without limit of time.
