This order in council may be cited as the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements (Queensland Railways) Order 1992 . Application of Part 4 of the Act2. Part 4 of the Act (other than the provisions already applied by section 47(2)) is declared to apply, without limit of time, to Queensland Railways in respect of the financial arrangements comprising, or connected with, the sale to, and the lease-back from, Canada Trustco Mortgage Company of various used rolling stock.
