This regulation may be cited as the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements (Queensland Railways) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1995 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements(Queensland Railways) Regulation 1994 . ˙ Replacement of s 1 (Short title) 3. Section 1— omit, insert— ˙ ‘ Short title ‘ 1. This regulation may be cited as the StatutoryBodiesFinancialArrangements (Queensland Rail) Regulation 1994 .’. ˙ Amendment of s 2 (Application of pt 4 of the Act) 4.(1) Section 2, ‘Queensland Railways’— omit, insert— ‘Queensland Rail’. (2) Section 2(a)— omit, insert— ‘(a) a sale to, a lease from or a sale to and lease-back from, an entity established, incorporated or resident outside Australia, of rolling stock or locomotives, whether directly or through 1 or more interposed entities; and’.
