2 Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements (QIDC) No. 81, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements (QIDC) Order 1992 . ˙ Definitions 2. In this order in council— “QIDC” means Queensland Industry Development Corporation; “QTC” means Queensland Treasury Corporation. ˙ Application of Part 4 of Act 3. Part 4 of the Act(other than the provisions of those sections mentioned in section 47(2)) is declared to apply, without limit of time, to QIDC, to enable QIDC to arrange financial accommodation with QTC in relation to amounts raised under the Agricultural Bank (Loans) Act 1959 .
