s1 2 s5 Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements (Ports) No. 226, 1994 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements (Ports) Regulation 1994 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 1 July 1994. ˙ Application of Pt 4 of the Act3. Part 4 of the Act (other than sections 29 and 34 of the Act and the provisions already applied by section 47(2) of the Act) is declared to apply— (a) for the port authorities mentioned in the Schedule; and (b) for all financial arrangements; and (c) without limit of time. ˙ Application of Pt 5 of the Act4.(1) Part 5 of the Act (other than the provisions already applied by section 50(2) of the Act) is declared to apply— (a) for the port authorities mentioned in the Schedule; and (b) for all securities, investments and other financial arrangements; and (c) without limit of time. (2) However, for Cairns Port Authority, subsection (1)(b) does not apply to securities, investments and other financial arrangements to the extent that the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements (Investment) Order 1993 applies to the specific kinds of securities, investments and other financial arrangements mentioned in the order. ˙ Cessation of application 5. This regulation ceases to apply to a port authority when section 61ZA
