This order in council may be cited as the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Order (No. 2) 1991 . Application of Part 4 2. Part 4 of the Act is declared to apply to the South Bank Corporation— (a) in respect of financial arrangements of the kind mentioned in paragraphs (a) and (i) of the definition of “financial arrangements” in section 3 of the Act; and (b) without limit of time. Application of Part 5 3. Part 5 of the Act is declared to apply to the South Bank Corporation—
2 Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Order (No. 2) 1991 (a) in respect of all securities, investments and other financial arrangements; and (b) without limit of time. Repeals 4. The orders in council made in relation to the South Bank Corporation under sections 47 and 50 of the Act on 18 May 1989 and 11 October 1990 are repealed. ENDNOTES 1.
