This order in council may be cited as the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Order 1991. Short term financial accommodation 2. All of the provisions of Part 4 of the Act (other than the provisions specified in section 47(2)) are declared to apply, without limit of time, in respect of— (a) the Brisbane City Council; and

2 Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Order 1991 (b) a local authority constituted under the Local Government Act 1936 ; and (c) a Joint Local Authority Board constituted under that Act; to enable each of those bodies to obtain financial accommodation for periods not exceeding 90 days from the BT Statutory and Local Authorities Investment Trust.
