This regulation may be cited as the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements (Local Authorities) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1995 . ˙ Order amended 2. This regulation amends the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements (Local Authorities) Order 1992 . ˙ Amendment of s 1 (Short title) 3. Section 1, ‘ Authorities ’— omit, insert— ‘ Governments ’. ˙ Amendment of s 2 (Application of Part 4 of Act) 4. Section 2, ‘authorities’— omit, insert— ‘governments’. ˙ Amendment of s 3 (Application of s.48(1)(d) of the Act) 5. Section 3, ‘authorities’— omit, insert— ‘governments’. ˙ Amendment of s 4 (Approval of investments) 6. Section 4(b)— omit, insert— ‘(b) National Mutual Funds Management Cash Enhanced Fund (QLD).’.
