s1 2 s3 Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements (Island Industries Board) No. 58, 1995 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements (Island Industries Board) Regulation 1995 . ˙ Definition 2. In this regulation— “Island Industries Board” has the meaning given by section 52 of the Community Services (Torres Strait) Act 1984 . ˙ Application under s 50(3) of the Act3.(1) Sections 48 and 50 of the Act1 (other than the provisions already applied by section 50(2) of the Act) are declared to apply to the Island Industries Board for investments 2 in the QTC Cash Fund.
