This regulation may be cited as the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements (Island Industries Board) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1995 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements(Island Industries Board) Regulation 1995 . ˙ Replacement of s 3 (Application under section 50(3) of the Act) 3. Section 3— omit, insert— ˙ ‘Application under s 50(3) of the Act ‘ 3.(1) Sections 48 and 50 of the Act (other than the provisions already applied by section 50(2) of the Act) are declared to apply to the Island Industries Board for investments in— (a) QTC Cash Fund; and (b) QTC Offset Investment Facility; and (c) QTC 11AM Fund. ‘ (2) The application of sections 48 and 50 is without limit of time. 1 ’.
