2 Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements (Investment Funds) No. 464, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements (Investment Funds) Regulation 1993 . ˙ Application of s.48(1)(d) of the Act2.(1) Section 48(1)(d) of the Act is declared to apply to a local authority for investments 1 in— (a) the BT Cash Plus Fund managed by the BT Specialist Cash Management Group; and (b) the Key Cash Fund managed by SBC Dominguez Barry Funds Management Limited.
