2 Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements (Investment) Amendment (No. 2) No. 462, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements (Investment) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1993 . ˙ Amended order 2. The Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements (Investment) Order 1993 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Amendment of s.2 (Definitions) 3. Section 2 (definition “prescribed rating” )— insert— ‘ (d) if the investment is rated for the long term 1 by S&P Australian ARaAtimngosr—above; ’. ˙ Amendment of s.3 (Application under s.50(3) of the Act) 4. Section 3(c)— omit, insert— ‘ (c) without limit of time 2 . ’. 1 Even though the rating of the investment is for the long term, the investment may not be made for longer than 1 year unless the Treasurer’s approval under the proviso to section 48(1) of the Act is obtained. 2 Paragraph (c) refers to the application of sections 48 and 50 of the Act and not to the term of any investment made under section 48.
