This regulation may be cited as the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements (Gladstone Area Water Board) Regulation 1995 . ˙ Application under s 50(3) of the Act2.(1) Sections 48 and 50 of the Act (other than the provisions already applied by section 50(2) of the Act) are declared to apply to the Gladstone Area Water Board for investments in the QTC Offset Investment Facility.
