s1 2 s3 Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements No. 99, 1995 (Darling Downs Health Services Foundation) ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements (Darling Downs Health Services Foundation) Regulation 1995 . ˙ Application of pt 4 of the Act2. Part 4 of the Act(other than the provisions already applied by section 47(2) of the Act) is declared to apply— (a) for the Darling Downs Health Services Foundation; and (b) for financial arrangements with the Queensland Treasury Corporation; and (c) without limit of time. ˙ Provision ceasing to have effect 3.
