2 Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements (Brisbane Girls’ Grammar School) (No. 1) No. 111, 1993 PART 1—PRELIMINARY ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements (Brisbane Girls’ Grammar School) Order (No. 1) 1993 . ˙ Definitions 2. In this order in council— “Board” means the Board of Trustees of the Brisbane Girls’ Grammar School; “commencement day” means the day this order in council commences; “loan arrangements” means the terms and conditions set out in Part 3. PART 2—AUTHORISATION AND APPROVAL ˙ Authorisation 3. The Board is authorised to borrow money by the sale of inscribed stock, at par, under the loan arrangements. ˙ Approval of guarantee 4.(1) Approval is given for the Treasurer to give the guarantee set out in this section. (2) The Treasurer, on behalf of the Government of Queensland, guarantees the due payment of all money from time to time payable, under the loan arrangements, by the Board.

3 Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements (Brisbane Girls’ Grammar School) (No. 1) No. 111, 1993 PART 3—THE LOAN ARRANGEMENTS ˙ Amount 5. The amount of the loan is $32 434. ˙ Lender 6. The lender is Westpac Savings Bank Limited. ˙ Purpose 7. The purpose of the loan is the conversion of another loan made to fund the upgrade of accommodation for a boarding house resident and caretaker. ˙ Currency 8. The term of the loan is 4 years. ˙ Amount of interest 9.(1) Interest is payable on the loan at the rate that is the maximum private interest rate on the commencement day. (2) In this section— “maximum private interest rate” means the rate announced by the Treasurer from time to time to be the maximum private interest rate payable by Queensland local authorities and semi-governmental bodies. 1 ˙ Redemption of the loan 10.
