s1 2 s4 Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements (Bankers Trust Australia Limited) Repeal No. 27, 1995 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements (Bankers Trust Australia Limited) Repeal Regulation 1995 . ˙ Repeal 2. The order in council made under the Act and published in the Gazette on 24 December 1988 at page 2255 is repealed. ˙ Existing investments continue to be approved 3. An investment made under the order in council repealed by section 2 and in existence at the commencement of this section continues to be an approved investment under section 48(1)(d) of the Act. ˙ Expiry 4.
