This regulation may be cited as the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements (Application of parts 4 and 5) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1996 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements (Application of parts 4 and 5) Regulation 1995 . ˙ Amendment of s 2 (Application of pt 4 of the Act) 3. Section 2— insert— ‘ (2) Despite subsection (1), only sections 22 to 25, 26 to 28, 30, 32, 40 to 44 and 47 in part 4 of the Act are declared to apply for the Brisbane Market Authority mentioned in schedule 1, item 2.’. ˙ Amendment of sch 1 (Application of part 4) 4. Schedule 1— insert— ‘ 2. Brisbane Market all financial Authority arrangements without limit of time’. ˙ Amendment of sch 2 (Application of part 5) 5. Schedule 2— insert— ‘ 4. Brisbane Market all securities, Authority investments or other financial arrangements without limit of time’.
