s1 2 s2 Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements (Application of part 5) No. 321, 1995 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements (Application of part 5) Regulation 1995 . ˙ Application under section 50(3) of the Act2. Sections 48 and 50 of the Act1 (other than the provisions already applied by section 50(2) of the Act) are declared to apply— (a) for each statutory body mentioned in column 1 of the schedule; and (b) for each security, investment or other financial arrangement mentioned in column 2 of the schedule for the statutory body in column 1; and (c) for the time mentioned in column 3 of the schedule for the statutory body mentioned in column 1 and the security, investment or other financial arrangement mentioned in column 2. 1 Section 48 (Investment powers) Section 50 (Relation of this part to statutory bodies) Investments to which section 48(1)(d) of the Act applies require the Governor in Council’s approval—see section 48(1)(d) of the Act.
