This regulation may be cited as the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements (Application of part 5) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1996 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements(Application of part 5) Regulation 1995 . ˙ Replacement of s 1 (Short title) 3. Section 1— omit, insert— ˙ ‘ Short title ‘ 1. This regulation may be cited as the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements (Application of parts 4 and 5) Regulation 1995 .’. ˙ Amendment of s 2 (Application under section 50(3) of the Act) 4.(1) Section 2— renumber as section 3. (2) Section 3, as renumbered, heading— omit, insert— ‘ Application of pt 5 of the Act ’. (3) Section 3, as renumbered, ‘the schedule’— omit, insert— ‘schedule 2’. (4) Section 3(b), as renumbered, after ‘statutory body’— insert— ‘mentioned’.

Part 4 of the Act(other than the provisions already applied by section 47(2) of the Act) is declared to apply— (a) for each statutory body mentioned in schedule 1, column 1; and (b) for each financial arrangement mentioned in schedule 1, column 2 for the statutory body mentioned in column 1; and (c) for the time mentioned in schedule 1, column 3 for the statutory body mentioned in column 1 and the financial arrangement mentioned in column 2.’. ˙ Amendment of schedule (Application of part 5) 6. Schedule— renumber as schedule 2. ˙ Insertion of new sch 1 7. After section 3— insert—
