s1 2 s5 Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Amendment No. 269, 2005 Regulation (No. 4) 2005 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2005 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the StatutoryBodiesFinancialArrangements Regulation 1997. 3 Amendment of sch 2 (Statutory bodies allocated category 1 investment power) (1) Schedule 2, entry for ‘ Queensland Institute of Medical Research Act 1945 ’— omit. (2) Schedule 2, entry for ‘local governments and joint local governments, but not including the following local governments’— insert — ‘• Maroochy Shire Council’. 4 Amendment of sch 3 (Statutory bodies allocated category 2 investment power) Schedule 3— insert — ‘Local Government Act 1993 Maroochy Shire Council’. 5 Amendment of sch 4 (Statutory bodies allocated category 3 investment power) Schedule 4— insert — ‘Queensland Institute of Medical Research Act 1945 The Council of The Queensland Institute of Medical Research— • General Fund under section 13’.
