s1 2 s6 Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Amendment No. 112, 2003 Regulation (No. 3) 2003 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2003 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 July 2003. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the StatutoryBodiesFinancialArrangementsRegulation 1997. 4 Amendment of s 2C (Appointee for statutory body—Act, s 24) Section 2C(5), ‘30 June 2003’— omit, insert — ‘31 December 2003’. 5 Amendment of sch 1A (Statutory bodies that may borrow under part 5 of the Act) Schedule 1A— insert— ‘ Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation Act 2003 Workers’ Compensation Regulatory Authority’. 6 Amendment of sch 3 (Statutory bodies allocated category 2 investment power) Schedule 2, entry for WorkCover Queensland Act 1996 — omit, insert— ‘ Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation Act 2003 Workers’ Compensation andRehabilitation Act 2003 WorkCover Queensland Workers’ Compensation Regulatory Authority’.
