s1 2 s5 Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Amendment No. 152, 2002 Regulation (No. 3) 2002 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2002 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 July 2002. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the StatutoryBodiesFinancialArrangementsRegulation 1997. 4 Amendment of sch 1A (Statutory bodies that may borrow under part 5 of the Act) (1) Schedule 1A, entries for Queensland School Curriculum Council (P-10), Board of Senior Secondary School Studies and Tertiary Entrance Procedures Authority— omit. (2) Schedule 1A— insert— ‘ Education (Queensland Studies Queensland Studies Authority’.
