s1 3 s6 Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Amendment No. 91, 2003 Regulation (No. 2) 2003 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2003 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 23 May 2003. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the StatutoryBodiesFinancialArrangementsRegulation 1997. 4 Insertion of new s 4A After section 4— insert— ‘4A Category 1 investment power—prescribed investment arrangements with QIC or QTC—Act, s 44 ‘For section 44(1)(d) of the Act, the prescribed investment arrangements are stated in schedule 4A.’. 5 Insertion of new s 5A After section 5— insert— ‘5A Category 2 investment power—prescribed investment arrangements with QIC or QTC—Act, s 45 ‘For section 45(b)(iv) of the Act, the prescribed investment arrangements are stated in schedule 4B.’. 6 Amendment of sch 2 (Statutory bodies allocated category 1 investment power) Schedule 2, entry for Library Board of Queensland— omit.
