s1 2 s4 Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Amendment No. 103, 2002 Regulation (No. 2) 2002 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2002 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the StatutoryBodiesFinancialArrangementsRegulation 1997. 3 Amendment of sch 1A (Statutory bodies that may borrow under part 5 of the Act) (1) Schedule 1A, entry for Queensland Principal Club— omit. (2) Schedule 1A— insert— ‘ Local Government Act 1993 Racing and Betting Act 1980 a local government owned corporation Queensland Thoroughbred Racing Board’. 4 Amendment of sch 2 (Statutory bodies allocated category 1 investment power) (1) Schedule 2, entries for Queensland Art Gallery Board of Trustees and Queensland Principal Club— omit.
