Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2010 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2010 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the StatutoryBodiesFinancialArrangements Regulation 2007 . 3 Amendment of sch 2 (Statutory bodies that may borrow under part 5 of the Act) (1) Schedule 2, column 1, ‘ City of Brisbane Act 1924 ’— omit, insert— ‘ City of Brisbane Act 2010 ’. (2) Schedule 2, column 2, ‘Council of the Shire of Arukun’— omit, insert— ‘Council of the Shire of Aurukun’. (3) Schedule 2, entries for the Local Government Act 1993 — omit, insert— ‘ Local Government Act 2009 Local Government Act 2009 a corporate entity local governments’.
