Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2008 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 15 March 2008. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the StatutoryBodiesFinancialArrangements Regulation 2007. 4 Amendment of s 6 (Allocation of investment powers to statutory bodies—Act, s 42) Section 6(7)— omit, insert— ‘(7) In schedule 3, column 2, the statutory body called the banker means the banker under the AboriginalandTorresStraitIslander Communities (Justice, Land and Other Matters) Act1984 , section 57.’. 5 Amendment of sch 2 (Statutory bodies that may borrow under part 5 of the Act) (1) Schedule 2, all entries for Community Services (Torres Strait)Act 1984 — omit .
