s1 2 s4 Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Amendment No. 62, 2003 Regulation (No. 1) 2003 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2003 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the StatutoryBodiesFinancialArrangementsRegulation 1997. 3 Amendment of sch 1A (Statutory bodies that may borrow under part 5 of the Act) Schedule 1A, entries for The Brisbane Cricket Ground Trust and Lang Park Trust— omit. 4 Amendment of sch 2 (Statutory bodies allocated category 1 investment power) (1) Schedule 2, entries for The Brisbane Cricket Ground Trust and Lang Park Trust— omit. (2) Schedule 2— insert— ‘ Major Sports Facilities Act 2001 Major Sports Facilities Authority Major Sports Facilities Act 2001 Stadium Redevelopment Authority’. (3) Schedule 2, entry for water authorities, ‘water authorities’— omit, insert— ‘water authorities other than Pioneer Valley Water Board’.
