s1 2 s4 Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Amendment No. 57, 2002 Regulation (No. 1) 2002 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2002 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the StatutoryBodiesFinancialArrangementsRegulation 1997. 3 Amendment of sch 1A (Statutory bodies that may borrow under part 5 of the Act) (1) Schedule 1A, entries for Queensland Ambulance Service, Queensland Fire and Rescue Authority and Townsville/Thuringowa Water Supply Board— omit. (2) Schedule 1A— insert— ‘ Local Government Act 1993 Townsville-Thuringowa Water Supply Joint Board’. 4 Amendment of sch 2 (Statutory bodies allocated category 1 investment power) (1) Schedule 2, entry for Townsville/Thuringowa Water Supply Board— omit. (2) Schedule 2— insert — ‘ Commission for Children and Young People Act 2000 Local Government Act 1993 Commission for Children and Young People Townsville-Thuringowa Water Supply Joint Board’.
