s1 2 s4 Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Amendment No. 27, 2001 Regulation (No. 1) 2001 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2001. 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the StatutoryBodiesFinancialArrangementsRegulation 1997. 3 Amendment of sch 1A (Statutory bodies that may borrow under part 5 of the Act) (1) Schedule 1A, entries for Queensland Egg Industry Management Authority, the committee of direction of fruit marketing, Gladstone Area Water Board, boards (commodity boards, marketing boards and State councils of producer representative bodies), subsidiary bodies of State councils of producer representative bodies, The Queensland Tourist and Travel Corporation, Queensland Sugar Corporation and water supply boards and drainage boards— omit. (2) Schedule 1A— insert— ‘Tourism Queensland Act 1979 Tourism Queensland Water Act 2000 water authorities’.
