An Act to amend the Statutory and Other Offices Remuneration Act 1975 in consequence of the enactment of the Sydney Farm Produce Market Authority (Amendment) Act 1985. [Assented to, 25th November, 1985.]

Statutory and Other Offices Remuneration (Sydney Market Authority)

Amendment 1985

BE it enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the “Statutory and Other Offices Remuneration (Sydney Market Authority) Amendment Act 1985” .

Commencement

2. (1) Except as provided by subsection (2), this Act shall commence on the date of assent to this Act.

(2) Section 3 (2) shall commence on the day appointed and notified under section 2 (2) of the Sydney Farm Produce Market Authority (Amendment) Act 1985.

Amendment of Act No. 4, 1976

3. (1) The Statutory and Other Offices Remuneration Act 1975 is amended by inserting in Part 1 of Schedule 2 after the words “Chairman of the Sydney Farm Produce Market Authority.” the following words:

Managing Director of the Sydney Market Authority.

(2) The Statutory and Other Offices Remuneration Act 1975 is further amended by omitting from Part 1 of Schedule 2 the words “Chairman of the Sydney Farm Produce Market Authority.” .
