An Act to amend the Statutory and Other Offices Remuneration Act, 1975, to provide for the separate determination of the remuneration of the Vice-President of the State Superannua­ tion Board. [Assented to. 28th April, 1980.]

BE it enacted by the Ouecn's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with tlic advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows : —

1.     This Act may be cited as the “Statutory and Other Offices Shoni i i i c .

Remuneration (Superannuation) Amendment Act, 1980”.

2. The Statutory and Other Offices Remuneration Act, 1975, Amendment

amended by inserting in Part 1 of Schedule 2 after the words of Aet No. 4 , 1976 .
