An Act to amend the Statutory and Other Offices Remuneration Act 1975 to provide for the remuneration of the Chairperson and other full-time members of the Residential Tenancies Tribunal. [Assented to, 21 May 1986]

Statutory and Other Offices Remuneration (Residential Tenancies Tribunal)

Amendment 1986

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the "Statutory and Other Offices

Remuneration (Residential Tenancies Tribunal) Amendment Act 1986".

Amendment of Act No. 4, 1976, Sch. 2 (Public Offices)

1. The Statutory and Other Offices Remuneration Act 1975 is amended

by inserting at the end of Part 1 of Schedule 2 the following words:

Chairperson of the Residential Tenancies Tribunal.

Full-time member (other than Chairperson) of the Residential

Tenancies Tribunal.
