Statutory and Other Offices Remuneration {Motor Vehicle Repairs)

A mendment.

BE it enacted by the Queen’s Most .Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

1 .           This Act may be cited as the “Statutory and Other Offices Short title.

Remuneration (Motor Vehicle Repairs) Amendment Act, 1980”.

2 .      (1) This section and section 1 shall commence on the date Commence-

(2) Except as provided in subsection (1), this Act shall commence on the day appointed and notified under section 2 (2) of the Motor Vehicle Repairs Act, 1980.

3. The Statutory and Other Offices Remuneration Act, 1975, Amendment

is amended by inserting at the end of Part 1 of Schedule 2 the

following matter :— Sch. 2.
