An Act to amend the Statutory and Other Offices Remuneration Act, 1975, in relation to the Chairman and other full-time members of the Government Insurance Office of New South Wales Board. [Assented to, 29th December, 1978.1

Statutory and Other Offices Remuneration (Government Insurance)

Amendment.

BE it eracted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

Short title.

1.

This Act may be cited as the “Statutory and Other Offices

Remuneration (Government Insurance) Amendment Act, 1978”.

Commence-

2. (1) This section and section 1 shall commence on the

date of assent to this Act.

(2) Except as provided in subsection (1), this Act shall commence on the day appointed and notified under section 2 (2) of the Government Insurance (Amendment) Act, 1978.

The Statutory and Other Ofiices Remuneration Act, 1975,

Schedule!.

(a)

by omitting from Part 1 of Schedule 2 the words “General Manager of the Government Insurance Office of New South Wales.” and by inserting instead the following words :—

Chairman of the Government Insurance Office of New

South Wales Board.

Member of the Government Insurance Office of New South Wales Board, other than the Chairman and any part-time member.
