An Act to amend Schedule 2 to the Statutory and Otlier Oll'iccs Remuneration Act, 1975, as a consequence of the enactment of the Dairy Industry (Amendment) Act, 1983. [Assented to, 31st December, 1983.]

BE it enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South W'ales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: —

Short title.

1.            This Act may be cited as the "Statutory and Other Oflices Remunera­

tion (Dairy Corporation) Amendment Act, 1983”.

Commencement.

2. (1) Except as provided by subsection (2). this Act shall commence on the date of assent to this Act.

(2) Section 3 (2) shall commence on the day apfrointed and notified under section 2 (2) of the Dairy Industry (Amendment) Act. 1983.

Amendment of Act No. 4, 1976.

3. (1) The Statutory and Other Offices Remuneration Act, 1975, is amended b\ inserting in Part 1 of Schedule 2 after the words "Full-time member of the Dairy Industry Marketing Authority, other than the Chairman or Deputy Chairman." the following words:—

General Manager of the New South Wales Dairy Corporation.

(2) The Statutory and Other Offices Remuneration Act, 1975, is further amended by omitting from Part 1 of Schedule 2 the following words: —

Chairman of the Dairy Industry Marketing Authority.

Full-time member of the Dairy Industry Marketing Authority, other than

the Chairman or Deputy Chairman.
