An Act to amend the Statutory and Other Offices Remuneration Act, 1975, to provide for the determination of the remuneration of the Deputy Chairman of the Builders Licensing Board. [Assented to, 18th December, 1979.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

This Act may be cited as the "Statutory and Other Offices

Remuneration (Builders Licensing Board) Amendment Act,
1979".

(1) Except as provided in subsection ( 2 ) , this Act shall commence on the date of assent to this Act.

(2) Section 3 shall commence on the day on which Schedule 1 to the Builders Licensing (Amendment) Act, 1979, commences.

The Statutory and Other Offices Remuneration Act, 1975, is amended by inserting in Part 1 of Schedule 2 after the words "Chairman of the Builders Licensing Board." the following words :—
