BE it enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows ;—

Short

1.

This Act may be cited as the “Statutory and Other OfiSces

Remuneration (Appeal Tribunal) Amendment Act, 1980”.

Sch. 2.

(a) by omitting from Part 1 of Schedule 2 the words “Senior Chairman of Promotions Appeal Tribunals.” and by inserting instead the words “Chairman of the Govern­ ment and Related Employees Appeal Tribunal (not being the holder of a judicial office or a magisterial office).”;

Sch. 3.

(b)

by omitting from Part 2 of Schedule 3 the words “Chair­ man of Promotions Appeal Tribimals, other than the Senior Chairman.”;

(c)

by omitting from Schedule 4 the words “Chairman of the
