His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Statutory And Other Offices Remuneration Act 1975.

Explanatory note

The object of this Regulation is to add the position of Senior Chairperson of the Government and Related Employees Appeal Tribunal to a Schedule of public office holders (contained in the Statutory And Other Offices Remuneration Act 1975) whose remuneration is determined by the Statutory and Other Offices Remuneration Tribunal.

This Regulation is made under section 5 of the Statutory And Other Offices

Remuneration Act 1975.

The Statutory and Other Offices Remuneration Act 1975 is amended as set out in Schedule 1.
