His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has
| made the following Regulation under the Statutory and Other Offices | ||

| Explanatory note | ||
| The object of this Regulation is to add the positions of Deputy Clerk of the Legislative Assembly and Deputy Clerk of the Legislative Council to a Schedule of public office holders (contained in the Statutory and Other Offices Remuneration Act 1975) whose remuneration is determined by the Statutory and Other Offices Remuneration Tribunal. | ||

1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Statutory and Other Offices Remuneration
Act Amendment (Deputy Clerks) Regulation 1998.
2 Amendment of Statutory and Other Offices Remuneration Act 1975
The Statutory and Other Offices Remuneration Act 1975 is amended by inserting at the end of Part 2 of Schedule 2:
Deputy Clerk of the Legislative Assembly
Deputy Clerk of the Legislative Council
