AN ACT to revise the Statute Law by repealing certain spent enactments relating to Common- wealth Powers.

[Assented to 19th November, 1965.]

RE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1.    This Act may be cited as the Statute Law Short tale.

Revision Act (No. 2), 1965.

2.    The enactments specified in the Schedule are Repeal

hereby repealed.
