Statute Law Revision Act 2008

An Act to make minor amendments of a statute law revision nature to various Acts.

The Parliament of South Australia enacts as follows:

1—Short title

This Act may be cited as the Statute Law Revision Act 2008.

2—Amendment of Acts specified in Schedule 1

  1. (1)

    The Acts specified in Schedule 1 are amended in the manner indicated in that Schedule.

  2. (2)

    If an Act sought to be amended by Schedule 1 is, before the commencement of the relevant part of Schedule 1, amended in a manner that renders an amendment contained in Schedule 1 ineffective, that amendment will be taken to have been struck out from Schedule 1.
