An Act to revise the statute law of the Territory

The Legislative Assembly for the Australian Capital Territory enacts as follows:
Short title
1. This Act may be cited as the Statute Law Revision Act 1994.
Commencement
2. This Act commences on the day on which it is notified in the Gazette.
Amendments of Acts
3. The Acts specified in the Schedule are amended as set out in the Schedule.
Repeal
4. The Foreign Judgments (Reciprocal Enforcement) Act 1954 is repealed.
