STATUTE LAW REVISION.

No. 10 of 1970.

AN ACT to revise the Statute Law by repealing spent,

unnecessary or superseded enactments, to give

short titles to certain Acts of Parliament and to

amend the short titles of others.

[Assented to 29th April, 1970.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as f ollows:—

Short title.

This Act may be cited as the Statute Law Revision Act, 1970.
