STATUTE LAW REVISION.

No. 68 of 1967.

AN ACT to revise the Statute Law by repealing

spent unnecessary or superseded enactments.

[Assented to 5th December, 1967.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

Short Title. 1.

This Act may be cited as the Statute Law Revision Act, 1967.

Repeal. 2. are hereby repealed. The enactments specified in the First Schedule

Repeal. 3.

It is declared that each enactment specified in the first and second columns of the Second Schedule was repealed on the date specified opposite to it in the third column of that schedule.
